October 18, 2016 Board Meeting Agenda Item #25 Title APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #8 WITH HARVARD JOLLY ARCHITECTURE FOR THE SARASOTA HIGH SCHOOL RENOVATION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Description The scope of work for the amendment shall include additional services work associated with: The redesign of Building #6 interior locker room spaces in order to increase area for lockers and to better utilize ancillary spaces to accommodate coaches, storage of uniforms and equipment. This will also include rehabilitation of the restrooms areas adjacent to the locker room areas. This includes all architectural changes and all mechanical, electrical and plumbing changes required for this renovation. The amount of this amendment is $50,000.00. Funds for this project are available through the project budge account. Recommendation That Amendment #8 to the Agreement dated May1, 2012 with Harvard Jolly Architecture for Sarasota High School Renovation and New Construction project be approved as presented.
